An applicant tracking system or ATS is a software application that enables the electronic handling of recruitment and hiring needs. When you apply for an opportunity, major corporations weed out any resumes that do not have certain keywords that align with the opportunity. When we structure your resume, we do it in a way that will pass this system and make it to the hands of the hiring manager or recruiter.
Whats the turnaround time on documents?
It all depends on the service you chose and whether or not you chose expedited delivery. Typically its a 3-5 business day turnaround. However, we do offer expedited services if you are in need for an upcoming interview.

The answer is YES! always! You should always freshen up your interviewing skills to make sure you are up to par with whatever the hiring manger may throw your way. We help you identify what are some of the most common questions interviewers present and what the most common mistakes potential candidates make! We also prep you for panel interviews with multiple hiring managers and give you tips to ensure you stay calm during (what feels like) the "interrogation" process.
